Managed IT Pricing FAQ for Shelton & Fairfield County

How our managed IT support and pricing are structured

Clear answers about how KNA Technologies structures managed IT, what is included, and how cloud and cybersecurity fit the model. We do not list dollar amounts here -- only how engagement is scoped: per user for managed IT, and per system for server-only support.

How is managed IT pricing structured?

Managed IT is priced per user. That covers the people and endpoints in scope under a predictable support model.

Are servers included in managed IT support?

Yes. For managed IT clients, servers are included in the support model -- they are part of keeping the environment healthy, not a separate add-on for standard managed coverage.

What if we only need server support?

If you only need server support (without full per-user managed IT), we price it per system.

A system is a business-purpose stack -- the servers (physical or virtual) that support one workload or function -- not a count of boxes or VMs. Examples:

  • Five servers that all support one line of business = one system.
  • One physical server for a single purpose = one system.
  • A virtual host with twenty VMs that serve five distinct business purposes = five systems (five per-system rates), not twenty.

You are billed for the number of business systems in scope, regardless of how many underlying servers or virtual machines each system uses.

What does KNA emphasize in managed IT?

We emphasize cloud and cybersecurity alongside day-to-day managed IT: secure identity, hardened infrastructure, reliable operations, and cloud platforms that match how your business actually runs.

Do you support cloud environments as part of managed IT?

Yes. Managed IT with KNA includes cloud-focused operations where you need them -- Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Azure, hybrid setups, and secure connectivity -- under the same support model when those systems are in scope.

How does cybersecurity fit the support model?

Security is built into how we run managed IT: monitoring, hardening, access control, and response practices for the users, servers, and cloud services we support -- not a disconnected checkbox.
